Khinkali Recommended for the juicy, flavourful fillings. Try the beef and mushroom versions; the salmon and prawn khinkali in tom yum sauce also receive praise. Large cheburek A memorable choice for its huge size, crisp pastry and juicy filling. We recommend the lamb version.
